Participation is limited to registered Xerq.cc members age 18 or older, in good standing, who meet the site's Terms & Rules and applicable legal requirements. Xerq.cc administrators, moderators, and other staff members are not eligible to win. The user Vato is not eligible to win because rumor has it he touches himself at night. Only one participating account per household is permitted. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, sockpuppet, manipulated, or otherwise abusive entries may be rejected or disqualified. The organizer may review reasonable evidence of linked accounts before confirming a winner. Ordinary site moderation rules apply to bonus threads.
Physical Prize Availability
The Black Leatherman Wave Plus is offered only where delivery to a valid U.S. address is permitted and practical. The organizer may withdraw the physical option and offer only the digital alternatives if the product becomes unavailable, goes out of stock, changes materially in price, is no longer shipped by Amazon, or becomes impractical or undesirable to fulfill for shipping, privacy, legal, technical, financial, or other reasonable considerations.
The organizer is not obligated to purchase from another seller or provide a substitute physical item. The digital alternatives remain capped at $100 USD regardless of changes in the physical prize's price.
Digital Prizes
Bitrefill gift cards are subject to merchant, regional, currency, denomination, availability, and redemption restrictions. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to fulfill eligible selections totaling no more than approximately $100 USD equivalent.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for complying with applicable redemption, tax, reporting, and legal obligations.

The organizer may correct obvious clerical, technical, calculation, or administrative errors, verify eligibility, disqualify abusive entries, and resolve reasonable fulfillment difficulties in good faith, consistent with the published rules.
