BITREFILL GIFT CARD(S)Choose one or more eligible digital gift cards available through Bitrefill, with a combined value of up to approximately $99 USD or its equivalent in your local currency (converter).
Bitrefill offers different gift cards depending on your country or region.
If you win and choose this option, you'll be asked to look through the choices available to you and send me several acceptable choices in order from most wanted to least wanted.
That way, if your first choice has a weird regional restriction, denomination problem, or other issue, we can just move to the next one.

You can instead receive $99 USD worth of BTC.

HOW THE WINNER IS PICKEDAfter the giveaway closes, I'll make a list of everyone who qualified for the basic entry.
Then I'll make a second list of those people who also earned the +1 new-thread bonus.
The lists will be combined and randomized.
That means somebody with one entry appears once and somebody with the bonus appears twice.
The first eligible unique username in the randomized order wins.
If that person can't accept a prize, doesn't respond, forfeits, or otherwise can't complete the prize arrangements, I'll move down the already-randomized list to the next unique username.
No dramatic televised ball machine will be involved.

THE BORING STUFF / FINE PRINT
You don't have to read this unless you're the kind of person who reads the terms on software installers. It's here so the simple rules above don't have to turn into seventeen paragraphs of lawyer sludge.
ELIGIBILITY
No purchase, payment, donation, paid membership, or other consideration is required to enter. Participation is limited to registered Xerq.cc members in good standing who satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements of the Xerq.cc Terms & Rules. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Only one Xerq.cc account per household may participate. If multiple entered accounts appear to belong to the same person or household, they may be disqualified. Xerq.cc will reject or disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, automated, abusive, manipulated, sockpuppet, or otherwise improper entries or attempts to circumvent the entry limits. The user Vato is not eligible to win because I've heard he is a womanizer and possibly sexist.
ENTRY LIMITS AND PARTICIPANT CAP
Each eligible participant may receive one base entry for posting at least once in the giveaway thread while entries are open and one additional bonus entry for starting at least one new thread on Xerq.cc during the qualifying giveaway period. Multiple giveaway-thread replies do not create additional base entries, and multiple new threads do not create additional bonus entries. The maximum is two entries per participant.
The giveaway is limited to the first 50 unique eligible participants to post in the giveaway thread. Once the 50th qualifying participant has posted, later users are not entered even if the thread has not yet been edited to indicate that the participant limit has been reached. If the participant cap is reached early, those already included among the first 50 may continue earning their bonus entry through the originally scheduled closing time.
DRAWING AND ALTERNATES
Following the scheduled close, eligible base entries and eligible bonus entries will be compiled and combined. The resulting entry list will be randomized using an ordinary computer-based randomization method. Participants who earned a bonus entry will appear twice in the drawing pool. The first eligible unique username in the randomized order will be selected as the winner. If the selected winner forfeits, fails to respond, becomes ineligible, cannot receive an available prize, or otherwise cannot reasonably complete fulfillment, duplicate appearances of that same username will be disregarded and the next unique eligible username in the existing randomized order may be selected. Xerq.cc is not required to conduct a new drawing.
PHYSICAL PRIZE AVAILABILITY
The advertised physical prize is the novium Hoverpen Interstellar, Space Black Ballpoint Pen. The physical-prize option is available only where the winner can provide a valid United States shipping address and remains subject to continued product availability, reasonable pricing, Amazon fulfillment, shipping availability, privacy considerations, and other practical fulfillment conditions.
Xerq.cc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw, discontinue, or decline to offer the physical-prize option if the Hoverpen becomes unavailable or out of stock, materially changes in price, ceases to be shipped or fulfilled by Amazon, cannot reasonably be obtained or delivered under the intended privacy conditions, becomes subject to unexpected shipping or fulfillment limitations, or if any other practical, legal, technical, financial, privacy, or logistical circumstance makes physical fulfillment difficult, unreasonable, undesirable, or impractical.
If the physical prize is unavailable for any such reason, the winner may be limited to the available digital alternatives. Xerq.cc is not required to obtain the Hoverpen from another retailer, seller, marketplace, reseller, or other source and is not required to substitute a different physical product.
The Hoverpen's later retail price does not increase or decrease the stated value of the digital alternatives. The digital alternatives remain limited to the amounts described below regardless of subsequent changes in the Hoverpen's price.
BITREFILL OPTION
The winner may select one or more eligible digital gift cards available through Bitrefill having a combined value not exceeding approximately $99 USD or its applicable local-currency equivalent. Availability of particular merchants, products, denominations, regions, currencies, delivery methods, and redemption requirements is controlled by Bitrefill and the applicable merchant and may change without notice.
The winner is responsible for determining the approximate $99 USD equivalent in any non-U.S. currency and for proposing appropriate denominations. The winner should provide several acceptable gift-card choices in order of preference. Xerq.cc may decline a requested product that cannot reasonably be purchased, is unavailable, is regionally incompatible, requires additional purchaser or recipient information beyond what Xerq.cc considers appropriate, or is otherwise unsuitable for fulfillment. Certain prepaid payment-card products may be excluded.
The combined Bitrefill prize will not exceed approximately $99 USD. All Bitrefill products remain subject to Bitrefill's and the applicable merchant's own terms and restrictions.
BITCOIN OPTION
The winner may instead select $99 USD worth of Bitcoin. The winner must privately provide a valid Bitcoin on-chain receiving address. The amount of Bitcoin transmitted will be calculated using the USD value of Bitcoin at or immediately before the time Xerq.cc initiates the payment.
The winner is solely responsible for supplying a valid and correct receiving address compatible with an ordinary Bitcoin on-chain transaction. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Xerq.cc is not responsible for loss resulting from an incorrect, incompatible, inaccessible, mistyped, or otherwise erroneous receiving address supplied by the winner.
Any increase or decrease in the value of Bitcoin after transmission is the winner's responsibility and does not create any obligation for an additional payment.
NO OTHER PAYMENT METHOD IS PROMISED
The digital alternatives are the eligible Bitrefill option and Bitcoin option described above. The winner is not entitled to require payment through PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, check, bank transfer, wire transfer, another cryptocurrency, another gift-card provider, or any other payment or transfer method not expressly offered by Xerq.cc.
WINNER RESPONSE AND FULFILLMENT
The selected winner must respond to the Xerq.cc prize notification within five business days. After the initial response, the winner will ordinarily have an additional five business days to provide the information reasonably necessary for fulfillment and to complete reasonable communications concerning prize arrangements.
Failure to respond, provide necessary information, select an available prize, or reasonably complete the arrangements within those periods may result in forfeiture and selection of the next eligible unique participant in the randomized order. Xerq.cc may allow additional time in its discretion where the winner is reasonably cooperating.
SHIPPING
If the physical prize is selected and remains available, the winner must provide a valid recipient name and United States shipping address. Xerq.cc intends to arrange shipment through Amazon and will pay ordinary shipping charges associated with the prize. The winner will not be required to pay Xerq.cc for the prize or ordinary shipping. It's a giveaway so it is free, duh.
Xerq.cc is not responsible for delays, losses, damage, delivery failures, carrier actions, address errors supplied by the winner, or other circumstances occurring after the prize has been properly ordered or transmitted, except that Xerq.cc may voluntarily assist with a reasonable resolution where practical.
PRIVACY
Only the winner's existing public Xerq.cc username is intended to be publicly announced. Names, mailing addresses, email addresses, Bitcoin receiving addresses, gift-card selections, and other information privately supplied for fulfillment will not intentionally be published by Xerq.cc.
Information provided to Amazon, Bitrefill, Coinbase, shipping carriers, merchants, payment processors, or other third parties involved in fulfillment may be processed by those parties according to their own terms and privacy policies.
ERRORS, ABUSE AND ADMINISTRATION
Xerq.cc may correct obvious typographical, clerical, technical, calculation, eligibility, or administrative errors and may take reasonable action to prevent fraud, manipulation, duplicate participation, automated entry, abuse, or conduct intended to defeat the purpose or limits of the giveaway. Xerq.cc may interpret these rules in good faith where an unforeseen circumstance is not expressly addressed.
Nothing in these rules obligates Xerq.cc to continue or complete the giveaway if circumstances beyond reasonable control make continued operation unlawful, impossible, materially compromised, or impractical.
THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER
This giveaway is independently operated by Xerq.cc. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with novium, Amazon, Bitrefill, Coinbase, Timeanddate.com, or any other third-party merchant, payment provider, manufacturer, shipping provider, or service mentioned in connection with the giveaway.
