Hosted elsewhere and if they are inserted with the image icon (or tags), yes. No direct uploading on this cheap VPS unfortunately.

Yes but Sherdog also has the option to upload images directly. They host their forum directly with XenForo though so they pay a high monthly fee to have the extra storage and are beholden to the XenForo hosting terms and services (no nudity, etc.). Xerq.cc is hosted on my own VPS located in the Netherlands and only subject to the laws of that country. Anything not allowed is listed in the terms and rules link at the bottom of every page.
